Candyce King

Candyce King is the founder and a partner of the firm. She is a Jacksonville native. Candyce received her J.D. with honors from Florida Coastal School of Law in 1999 and graduated first in her class. She also received her M.B.A. from the University of North Florida in 1996, and her B.A. from Georgia Southern College in 1990.  She is admitted to practice law in Florida. In addition to practicing law for nearly 20 years, Candyce also has extensive experience investing in the Jacksonville real estate market, particularly in historic Riverside, Avondale & Murray Hill.

Candyce's areas of practice include residential and commercial real estate transactions and litigation, estate planning, probate, landlord-tenant matters, debt settlement, business formations and sales, bankruptcy, loan modifications and more.

She is a member of the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association.  

Sarah Mannion

Sarah Mannion is a partner at the firm and is admitted to practice law in Florida. Sarah is a Jacksonville native and is passionate about helping the people of Northeast Florida. In 2007, she joined the firm as a paralegal after completing her undergraduate work at the University of Florida and the University of North Florida. While continuing her work at the firm, Sarah attended Florida Coastal School of Law and graduated in December 2012 in the top 6% of her graduating class.

Sarah's areas of practice include real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, consumer & corporate bankruptcy, creditor representation in bankruptcy, landlord-tenant matters, short sale negotiations, debt settlement and more. Sarah is a member of the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association, is Immediate Past President for the Jacksonville Women Lawyer's Association, is a Board Member for the Women's Center of Jacksonville, a  501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of women in Northeast Florida and is on the Board of Directors for Mothers Esquire, a national 501(c)(3) dedicate to advocacy and support for mom-attorneys.

Sarah was recognized as a 2018 Leader in the Law by the Florida Association of Women Lawyers. Sarah was a featured CLE Presenter at the 2018 Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Seminar on "Ethics of Next Friend & Power of Attorney Representation".
